What You'll Be Doing
Owning CRM strategy for multiple clients (4-6) at once
Designing and evolving full lifecycle strategies
Advising founders and senior stakeholders directly, with clarity and conviction
Setting the standard for email, automation, segmentation, and prioritisation
Guiding copy and creative to ensure output is sharp, on-brand, and effective
Using data to make decisions and explaining those decisions simply
Spotting opportunities others miss and acting on them
Helping raise the level of the team through example, not ego
You won't be micromanaged.
But you willbe expected to operate like someone who can be trusted.
You'll Likely Be a Strong Fit If...
You have deep, hands-on Klaviyo experience (and other platforms ideally)
You can comfortably manage 4-6 clients without quality dropping
You're commercially sharp and outcome-focused
You can lead creative output without needing formal authority
You're organised, decisive, and proactive by default
You already use AI to move faster and think better, not to cut corners
You've worked with adjacent lifecycle channels like SMS, push, or WhatsApp
