We are now looking for a skilled operator to work alongside our Head of Culture and Inclusion to build on the great progress we have made over the last four years and supercharge our Inclusion and
Diversity strategy.
This role also includes ownership of the Colleague Listening Strategy. We believe the better we listen, the better we become. We are proud of the fact that we are in the top 3% globally for engaged colleagues, and our listening strategy is at the heart of how we surface and act on the insights that allow us to become a better business.
