Summary

As the Senior Data Analyst at Vision Scotland you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive insights that improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Analyse complex datasets to derive actionable insights that support clinical and operational strategies.

Develop and maintain dashboards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide analytical support for various projects. Conduct thorough business analysis to inform decision-making processes across departments. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing robust database design practices. Provide training and support for staff on data analysis tools and methodologies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics.

Qualifications

Relevant qualificatio in

Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with a strong focus on healthcare analytics. Experience with business analysis methodologies and project management principles. Familiarity with data visualisation tools like Power BI is a plus. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholder
