Responsibilities:

  • Be a Data Storyteller: Think of data as a product and help us craft compelling narratives that guide our business moves
  • From Data to \'Aha!\' Moments: Work closely with departments to turn raw data into actionable insights. Help us ask the right questions, and then find the answers.
  • Pattern Detective: Dive into complex data sets that range from transactions to web analytics. Spot trends and make sense of the noise.
  • Mining for Gold: Use your modeling and data-mining magic to pull out insights we didn\'t even know we needed.
  • Strategise and Visualise: Take your findings and turn them into plans. Oh, and make them look good-think dashboards, visualisations, or whatever paints the picture best.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Regularly check out what our industry and competitors are up to, and let\'s use that info to stay ahead.
  • Governance Ally: Ensure data quality and integrity by following and enforcing data governance policies. Make sure we\'re all speaking the same data language.
  • AI Innovator: Experiment with generative AI to create new types of content or insights. Who says data can\'t be creative?
What we\'re looking for:
  • Retail & E-Comm Pro: Got a couple of years under your belt in retail or e-commerce analytics? That\'s a big plus. Not a deal breaker if not, we value diverse experiences different industries can bring.
  • Analytics Ace: Whether it\'s growth funnels, acquisition metrics, or web analytics like Google Analytics, you know how to measure what matters and navigate through marketing tools like AdWords and Facebook Ads.
  • Tech-Savvy: Fluent in SQL and comfortable using Python for data analysis? You\'re our kind of person.
  • Machine Learning Maven: Got experience with machine learning or AI algorithms? That\'s a game-changer. Open to someone willing to learn
  • Consulting/Product Management Chops: Ever worked in consulting or managed a product? Your strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills will come in handy.
  • Data Virtuoso: Whether it\'s creating stunning dashboards in PowerBI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau, or having experience with Data Management Platforms and Customer Data Platforms, you know how to make data useful and beautiful.
  • Ownership & Adaptability: We love people who take ownership and can roll with the punches.
  • People Person: You\'ll need strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you\'ll be working across departments on various projects.
  • New to the Game?: Less experience? Don\'t worry, we\'re open to considering you for a Data Analyst role.
