London, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

Your mission

As our Senior Data Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in turning complex data into clarity, uncovering insights that

shape our product strategy, improve customer outcomes, and drive operational efficiency. Working across

product, customer, and researcher data, you'll be at the heart of how we understand performance, behavior, and

impact across our ecosystem.

This role goes beyond dashboards. You'll explore questions that challenge assumptions, highlight opportunities

for cost efficiency, and tell the story behind the numbers. Your work will directly influence how we evolve our

product experience, optimise monetisation and engagement, and strengthen decision-making across the

company.

You'll join a growing and ambitious data led organisation that works closely with Product Management, Data

Engineering, and Revenue Operations, with a shared goal: to make every decision data-informed and every

insight actionable.

What you'll be doing

Data Analysis & Insights

Lead deep-dive analysis into product usage, customer portfolios, researcher engagement, and market performance. Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives that shape product direction and business strategy. Identify opportunities for customer retention, researcher growth, and cost efficiency through data-driven discovery. Build and maintain robust KPI frameworks across customer success, product engagement, and efficiency initiatives. Drive experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, cohort tracking, segmentation) to validate hypotheses and learn fast.

Data Structuring & Governance

Partner with Engineering to shape a scalable, consistent, and trusted data ecosystem. Ensure data quality and reliability across all sources and analytical outputs. Define and document core metrics, ensuring teams share a unified understanding of key indicators.

Strategic Partnering

Act as a strategic thought partner to Product Managers and business leads, helping them ask the right questions and make smarter, faster decisions. Provide insight-led input into roadmap prioritization and feature success measurement. Support go-to-market teams with analytical perspectives on market opportunities and competitive positioning.

Communication & Visualization

Design intuitive dashboards and reports that empower teams to self-serve insights. Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, turning numbers into stories that influence action. Promote a culture of curiosity and evidence-based decision-making across the business.

What you'll bring

5+ years' experience in data analytics, ideally within SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology-driven environments. Advanced SQL skills and comfort with large, complex datasets. Proficiency in data visualization tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar). Strong experience with Python or R, or similar, for advanced analytics or statistical modelling. Proven track record with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and customer lifecycle metrics. Deep understanding of SaaS economics and metrics (ARR, churn, retention, activation, LTV, CAC). Strong communication skills, able to translate technical analysis into strategic impact stories. Fluent in English, written and spoken.

About You:

You're naturally curious and commercially minded, with a knack for uncovering the story behind the numbers.

You bring structure and clarity to complexity, thrive in collaboration, and communicate insights with empathy and
