Job Title: Senior Data Scientist/Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Location: UK Wide

Travel Frequency: Hybrid (Need to travel on-site 1-2 days per week to any nearby Capgemini office)

Working Pattern: Full-time Permanent

We help our clients move from just testing ideas and concepts to being able to fully exploit their data using the power of AI & Analytics to deliver real business value at scale across the organisation. We don\'t have a typical day or a typical project which means we are kept on our toes and constantly learning. We work on small advisory or proof of value engagements all the way up to very large industrialised solutions across an array of public and private sector clients.

Your Role

• We are looking for technical knowledge in areas such as machine learning, GenAI, computer vision and so on, combined with great solution architecture and software engineering skills, that will allow us to design and build solutions which can be deployed at scale!
• We are looking for individuals who can help our clients to identify & define the problems they need solving and explain in a business value focussed way how the solutions we deploy would help them achieve their goals.

Your profile

• Capabilities in a range of AI techniques (eg GenAI, supervised and un-supervised machine learning techniques, deep learning, graph data analytics, statistical analysis, time series, geospatial, NLP, sentiment analysis, pattern detection, etc.).
• Strong communication skills for both presenting work to clients, disseminating complex information in an easy-to-understand form on a day-to-day basis, and managing stakeholders.
• Data Science Platforms - Experience using the latest Data Science platforms (eg Databricks, Dataiku, AzureML, SageMaker) and frameworks (eg Tensorflow, PyTorch, MXNet, scikit-learn)
• Cloud platforms - Experience building and deploying solutions to Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) including Cloud provisioning tools (eg Terraform).
