At Merton Place, we're looking for a compassionate, skilled
Senior Care Practitioner
to join our team on days. You'll help lead and motivate care staff, providing high-quality, person-centred support that enhances our residents' lives.What you'll do:
? Supervise and support Care Practitioners to deliver excellent care
? Promote residents' independence, dignity, and well-being
? Develop, monitor, and review individual care plans
? Administer medication safely and accurately
? Liaise with families, health professionals, and other partners
? Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
? Support staff training, induction, and development
What you'll bring:
NVQ Level 3 (or working towards Diploma Level 3) in Health & Social Care
Experience supervising or leading a care team
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A passion for delivering person-centred care
Flexibility to work a rota including weekends and bank holidays
Enhanced DBS clearance
