Senior Delivery Manager - IT Infrastructure

We're seeking an accomplished Senior Delivery Manager - IT Infrastructure to lead our ITSM strategy and execution across complex, enterprise-scale environments. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape our IT service delivery landscape, mentor high-performing teams, and influence executive decisions with real business impact.




The Role:




Define and implement IT service management strategies and policies aligned to ITIL and global best practices Optimize infrastructure operations to support business goals and drive enterprise efficiency Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Operations Managers and ITSM professionals Align service delivery with broader organizational strategies and growth plans Establish and track KPIs, benchmarks, and metrics to measure and improve ITSM effectiveness Identify performance gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives Partner with business leaders and IT executives to understand evolving service needs Translate strategic objectives into actionable service delivery priorities Ensure consistent adoption of ITIL-based processes and governance models Enforce compliance with SLAs, regulatory standards, and operational excellence Oversee implementation and enhancement of ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) Ensure scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure supports service delivery needs Provide insight and strategic advice to senior leadership on ITSM innovations, trends, and opportunities Contribute to decision-making that drives business transformation Manage third-party service providers, contracts, and SLAs to ensure quality outcomes Lead vendor performance reviews and cost efficiency assessments Align workforce planning with business demand and long-term strategic goals Optimize team capabilities across regions and projects Deliver insightful reports and dashboards to executive stakeholders Translate data into action with impactful recommendations Foster a culture of learning, knowledge sharing, and IP development Lead internal initiatives for ITSM governance and continuous upskilling



What You Bring:




Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred) Minimum of 16+ years in IT Service Management or Infrastructure Delivery Minimum 3-5 years in a senior or strategic leadership role Proven experience managing complex, large-scale IT environments ITIL Foundation (Intermediate/Expert preferred) PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications are a plus Mastery of ITIL, COBIT, and enterprise ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Expertise in vendor management and SLA compliance Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capabilities Culturally adaptable with experience in global/multi-regional teams Self-motivated and resilient in fast-paced, evolving environments
