The role encompasses strategy, expectation management, and team development. You're accountable for the performance of your teams and the technical products and services they deliver using Agile methods. Clarifying strategies and plans, you'll provide a clear sense of direction and purpose aligned with team goals. Regularly, you'll report on delivery progress to senior management and domain governance boards, engaging with key stakeholders to address challenges.

As part of this role, you'll focus on your teams' needs and implement strategies for successful delivery. Supporting and listening to your teams will help you realise their potential in complex situations. Working with experienced agile teams, you'll bring them together to deliver the highest value for customers. Whether you have Agile certifications, experience as a Delivery Manager, or work within an Agile framework, this role could be for you. Effective organisational skills and the ability to plan your own and others' time are essential. Empathy, persuasive communication, and strategic long-term thinking are also important qualities.

With experience negotiating complexity and uncertainty in an Agile environment, you have a good understanding of Scrum and Agile working practices and can adapt to new circumstances. Most importantly, you're motivated, collaborative and have a passion for learning with an eagerness to develop yourself and others. A capable problem-solver, you're comfortable with numbers, data, and technology, using your expertise to supportively challenge current circumstances as you support and challenge your team.
