Why is this role important?





Are you a strategic and hands-on marketer who thrives on building demand programs from scratch? This is a high-impact role for someone ready to turn complex ideas into compelling stories that convert. You'll be responsible for designing and executing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue across our emerging mid-market and enterprise segments.


This is your chance to shape the next growth chapter of a high-potential SaaS brand. We're scaling fast, backed by a reputable PE, and you'll have the freedom to test, lead, and make a visible impact on revenue. You'll be supported by a collaborative team and a CMO who values experimentation, storytelling, and commercial rigour. If you've successfully launched new GTM motions, built influence across sales and product, and delivered measurable results, we'd love to talk!

What You'll Be Doing ? ?? ?



Build from Scratch:

Design and launch our demand generation engine for mid-market and enterprise, from audience segmentation to pipeline acceleration. You'll be the architect! ?

Own the Full Funnel:

Plan, execute (in collaboration with the team), and optimise multi-channel campaigns across content, ABM, paid media, events, and outbound nurture. You'll own KPIs from MQL to SQL to revenue - the whole journey!

Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

Work tightly with product marketing, SDRs, brand, content, and sales to ensure message-market fit and seamless campaign alignment.

Tell Stories that Convert:

Develop high-converting narratives tailored to decision-makers across various verticals, translating value into action and resonating with buyers. ??

Experiment Relentlessly:

Test, learn, scale! You'll treat demand like a product, continuously iterating messaging, targeting, offers, and formats until they hit the mark.

Data-Driven Optimisation:

Monitor campaign performance, meticulously analyse results, and drive continuous improvement with clear attribution to pipeline and revenue.
Maintain awareness of and be compliant with information security protocols in relation to your job role and handling of any data.

Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing

, with direct ownership of demand generation. You've launched new programs, not just inherited them.

Mid-market and enterprise focus:

You understand the nuances of longer buying cycles, multi-stakeholder deals, and how to influence revenue, not just leads.

Storytelling chops:

You can shape narratives that resonate deeply with different buyers while staying true to the brand's voice. You have worked

closely with the sales team

to achieve revenue targets and understand the sales process.

Strategic and scrappy:

You're comfortable building a high-level strategy, but also love rolling up your sleeves to execute it flawlessly.

Growth mindset:

You're data-obsessed, test-driven, and always looking for ways to raise the bar and continuously improve.

Collaborative operator:

You work exceptionally well cross-functionally and know how to rally diverse teams around shared goals.

Nice to have but not essential:



Experience launching a vertical Go-To-Market (GTM) motion or creating campaigns for industry-specific audiences. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Intent tools (e.g., 6sense or Demandbase), and Excel. A background in content or product marketing is a plus, especially if you can write or brief with clarity and intent.
