Senior Demand Generation Marketer

Job Description

We're looking for a commercially-minded and campaign-savvy Demand Generation Marketer to build and run targeted programs that generate pipeline, accelerate deals and support customer expansion.


You'll work closely with Sales and Customer Success to plan and execute account-based marketing (ABM) plays - from bespoke 1:1 campaigns to broader 1:few motions. Whether it's creating high-impact, tailored content, planning intimate events, or developing personalised outreach sequences, you'll own the full demand engine needed to support "land and expand" success.


This is a hands-on role for someone who gets excited about joining a high-growth team, shaping strategy and doing the work to bring it to life.

Key Responsibilities:



Build and deliver tailored ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) to support target account acquisition and upsell. Develop account segmentation, messaging, and personalized content journeys in partnership with Sales and CS. Use CRM (HubSpot), LinkedIn, and marketing automation tools to orchestrate cross-channel outreach. Measure campaign effectiveness by tracking engagement, opportunity creation and influenced revenue. Plan and manage digital and outbound campaigns to drive qualified demand across core verticals and buyer personas. Collaborate with internal teams or agency partners to create compelling campaign assets. Own nurture flows and retargeting sequences to convert leads and progress deals through the funnel. Coordinate targeted events (virtual and in-person) aimed at engaging key accounts and influencers. Lead marketing execution for private roundtables, executive breakfasts, and third-party sponsorships. Drive pre-event buzz and post-event follow-up strategies that support pipeline goals. Identify and engage relevant collaborators - e.g., LegalTech influencers, consultants, or community figures - to co-create or amplify campaigns. Execute co-marketing plays or content partnerships to extend reach and relevance with target audiences.

What Success Looks Like:



ABM programs directly influencing pipeline, opportunity velocity, and account expansion. Sales and CS teams enabled with relevant materials, campaign assets, and outreach cadences. Measurable engagement and conversion across top-tier accounts. High-value campaign ideas tested, scaled, and optimised continuously.

What You Bring:



3-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation or ABM marketing for SaaS or tech businesses. Fluency in HubSpot and ABM tools Strong campaign planning and content development skills. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate GTM priorities into marketing action. Experience in LegalTech or adjacent industries a plus (not required).
