Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Dental Clinic Manager to oversee our flagship Marylebone practice while also leading Clinic Managers across the wider group. This role is designed for a proactive leader who can balance day-to-day operational matters with strategic oversight, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and growth across multiple practices.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be a key driver of success through the Four Ps: People, Patients, Practice, and Performance.

Key Responsibilities

People:

Lead, support, and mentor Clinic Managers and their teams, creating a collaborative culture focused on excellence in patient care and staff development.

Patients:

Ensure that all practices deliver a seamless, high-quality patient journey--from scheduling to aftercare--building satisfaction and loyalty.

Practice:

Oversee daily operational effectiveness across sites, resolving issues promptly, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and embedding best practices group-wide.

Performance:

Monitor and analyse KPIs across the group, manage budgets, and identify opportunities to enhance revenue, efficiency, and long-term growth.

Skills & Experience

Proven leadership experience in a healthcare or dental environment, ideally overseeing multiple sites. Strong commercial awareness, with experience in budgeting, financial management, and performance analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels. Solid HR knowledge, including recruitment, training, and people development. Highly organised, solutions-focused, and confident in managing both strategic priorities and day-to-day operational matters.
