We are now looking for an experienced and driven Senior Dental Nurse to join us at our Guiseley location. This is an opportunity to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced, supportive environment where you'll help shape best practices across the clinic.

What We're Looking For:

GDC-registered Dental Nurse with post-graduate qualifications (e.g. radiography, sedation, or implant nursing) Experience or exposure to implant procedures A natural leader who sets high standards and leads by example A strong team player with excellent communication and organisational skills Passionate about professional development and driving positive behaviours

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in a wide range of treatments, including implants and cosmetic procedures Mentor junior staff and promote clinical excellence Ensure compliance with GDC, CQC and practice protocols Support the clinical and wider team in delivering a five-star patient journey Champion high standards of hygiene, safety and teamwork
