We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the practice, maintaining high standards of patient care, and managing a team of dental professionals and administrative staff. Duties



Supervise and coordinate the activities of dental practitioners, administrative staff, and support personnel to ensure efficient practice operations Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and financial reporting to maintain profitability and sustainability Manage human resources functions such as recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and staff development programmes Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, infection control protocols, and industry standards Implement practice policies and procedures to optimise patient experience and operational efficiency Handle patient enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to uphold the practice's reputation Maintain accurate records of appointments, treatment plans, and patient information in accordance with data protection regulations Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external agencies as necessary to support practice functions

Skills



Proven supervising experience within a healthcare environment is highly desirable Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster a positive working environment Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in financial management including budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting Sound knowledge of human resources practices such as recruitment, staff development, and performance management Exceptional communication skills to interact confidently with patients, staff, and external stakeholders Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high standards of care and service delivery

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year
