Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to manage a team of two design engineers and a robotics engineer.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and support to the engineering team (2-3), especially junior engineers to ensure successful project delivery. Manage the design, development, and testing of engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engineering solutions into overall project plans. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team by encouraging innovation and professional development.

Experience

Proven experience in a senior engineering role role with a focus on systems engineering. Proficiency in autoCAD and SolidWorks is essential. Experience using PLM and ERP Systems. Experience building BOM's which match the needs of customer specifications. Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems. Excellent communication skills. A track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
