The Role

We're looking for a Senior Electrical Panel Design Engineer to lead complex control panel projects, mentor junior engineers, and ensure high standards across design, build, and commissioning phases.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design of LV control panels to industry and client standards Mentor junior engineers and support team development Manage multiple design projects and resources Collaborate with clients and internal teams Oversee workshop build and commissioning support Ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement Produce detailed schematics and technical documentation

Requirements

Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent 5+ years' experience in industrial control panel design Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, drives, and sensors Familiar with NEC, IEC, UL standards Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
