Find out more at https://www.aveva.com/en/about/careers/Senior Design & Experience ManagerThis role is part of the AVEVA Marketing organization reporting to Senior Manager, Design & Experience in the Content Studio.AVEVA\xe2\x80\x99s Senior Design & Experience Manager is part of a global design team. This role will work with internal stakeholders and external agencies and freelancers to strategize, design, and deliver content that supports business objectives, key messaging, campaigns, products, events and experiences.Typical projects include leading the design direction and execution of artwork for events, presentations, social media, internal and external branding, product solutions, photo shoots, AVEVA.com, and other high-visibility initiatives. The candidate will collaborate with editorial, video, brand and web teams as well as internal clients to ensure that designs align with AVEVA\xe2\x80\x99s brand and voice, meet usability and accessibility standards, and provide a high-quality user experience.Responsibilities

  • Design clean, modern marketing materials including campaign assets, brochures, infographics, webpages, diagrams, logos, and presentations that are customer-focused, support business objectives, and follow AVEVA\xe2\x80\x99s brand guidelines.
  • Support AVEVA global events by designing event theme concepts, translating themes into visual style guides, and producing digital, print and interactive design assets.
  • Develop high-quality, engaging in-person and digital experiences that adhere to UX and accessibility standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand project goals, requirements, and customer needs.
  • Research creative solutions and consistently offer innovative, strategic recommendations.
  • Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders. Translate stakeholder feedback into effective design solutions that align with project goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on current design trends and best practices.
  • Adhere to company processes and policies.
  • The position collaborates with all marketing functions including: Performance & Content, Customer Engagement, Brand & Communications, Portfolio & Industry, Enterprise and CMO Office.
  • The position also liaises with stakeholders outside marketing, including Sales, People and others requiring Content Studio services.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 7-10 years of professional design experience. Candidates should provide a portfolio demonstrating the breadth and depth of this experience.
  • Previous experience working at a software or industrial company preferred, but not required.
  • Advanced skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office. Adobe XD and After Effects a plus.
  • Photography skills, including portraiture, environmental photography, art direction and post-production editing.
  • Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly communicate project goals and creative concepts.
  • Problem solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and balancing priorities.
  • Experience working with and presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Comfortable taking initiative and leading projects, but ready to collaborate with peers and share ideas.
  • Comfortable giving and receiving constructive design feedback to/from peers and other business colleagues as required.
