This is a hands-on role -- you'll be actively involved in projects from pitch through to delivery, with the credibility and clarity to lead conversations at all levels. As a senior team member, you'll also help shape a positive and inspiring design culture, supporting less experienced designers and collaborating closely with colleagues across Tetris, JLL, and our wider consultant and supplier network.

Collaborate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to achieve project objectives
Lead and deliver innovative workplace design projects from concept to completion
Ensure projects are not only aesthetically pleasing and functional but also financially profitable.
Identify and report risks to the Design Director, operating in compliance with ethical practices.
Continually enhance your design skills, staying abreast of external market trends.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Comfortable working with senior clients and stakeholders
Strong storytelling ability -- able to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively
Positive, driven, and calm under pressure -- able to manage multiple workstreams
Collaborative and communicative -- builds strong working relationships across teams and with external partners
Skilled at aligning stakeholders and bringing people with you
