The Purpose:





As one of the largest football clubs in the world, we continue to innovate in terms of how we engage and connect with our global fan base. Within the Creative Department, we are looking for a Senior Designer support the team to create and deliver world-class design work across a range of D2C and B2B club and partner digital marketing campaigns and activations, with focus on engagement and response.



The Role:

Create, develop and produce original and innovative creative ideas that deliver results and align with our business goals. Support the design team's aim to produce industry leading design that is powerful, inspirational and world-class. Be a channel specialist with a clear understanding of delivering content across different channels. Have a strong creative vision with the ability to execute on-brief, on-brand and on-budget. Maintain and elevate Manchester United's brand identity through creative thinking and effective communication. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural developments to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation. Advocate for creative integrity and brand consistency in all projects. Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to inspire and motivate cross-club stakeholders or partners. Foster a collaborative, dynamic and ego-free work environment. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to creative briefs.

The Person:

5+ years of experience in a creative role within an agency or in-house team, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry. Proven ability to develop and execute innovative and effective creative concepts. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across different media platforms. Experience in developing visual identities and creating brand toolkits. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge in creative software such as Adobe Creative Cloud. Ability to create presentations in Keynote or PowerPoint that will help bring creative ideas to life. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Must be able to present work to both internal and external stakeholders and communicate effectively in meetings. Interest in sport and/or fan culture, but previous sports experience is not required. Able to adapt to the ever-changing environment, demands and excitement of live sports.
