We're looking for a Senior Digital Construction Manager to join our United Utilities Framework
Location: Warrington - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As our new Senior Digital Construction Manager, you'll play a vital role in shaping how we deliver projects through cutting-edge digital tools and technologies, ensuring compliance with industry standards while driving continuous improvement across our business.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Digital Construction Manager, you'll be working within the Digital Construction team, supporting them in enabling digital-first project delivery from inception to completion. Your day to day will include:

• Leading the implementation of digital strategies and ISO 19650 standards across projects, ensuring consistency and excellence in information management
• Managing and nurturing a talented team while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance digital adoption and innovation
• Supporting bid teams with digital expertise, ensuring our capabilities are effectively communicated to clients
• Monitoring digital maturity across projects and identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Representing Kier at industry events and building our external profile as digital leaders in construction

• You have excellent understanding of ISO 19650 standards and openBIM concepts like IFC and COBie
