Job Description

Forsters is looking for a proactive and creative Senior Digital Executive to join its Business Development and Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Communications Manager, this role plays a central part in bringing the firm's refreshed brand to life by driving digital engagement across our website, social media, and other content platforms.


You'll manage and optimise the firm's digital presence, maintaining and refining website content, leading social media strategy and execution, and producing high-quality digital assets in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. You'll have a strong understanding of brand, acting as a brand guardian across all digital touchpoints. You'll also analyse performance metrics to inform strategy and deliver actionable insights that enhance engagement and visibility.


This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for a digitally savvy communicator with strong organisational skills, a commercial mindset, and a passion for building closer connections with clients and communities.


Main duties and responsibilities


Website Management




Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand guidelines, working with the relevant teams on regular update cycles. Collaborate with internal teams to publish new pages, blogs, and landing pages. Monitor website performance and user experience, using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and share these insights with relevant teams. Liaise with developers or external agencies for technical updates and enhancements. Keep abreast of developments and trends in the wider market, taking inspiration for Forsters' website improvements

Social Media Management




Manage the firm's social media accounts including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, SoundCloud, YouTube and other relevant platforms Working with the Senior Communications Manager, develop and implement comprehensive, fully integrated firmwide social media and digital strategies to meet the firm's objectives Plan, create, and schedule engaging and visually impactful content in compliance with key social media platforms' requirements Collaborate with BD&M, HR, Knowledge and Responsible Business teams to provide live social media posts when required Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, foster community engagement and promote employee advocacy Track performance metrics and prepare and share regular reports with insights and recommendations Stay up to date with and share trends, best practice and platform updates to inform strategy and content

Content Creation & Coordination and Brand




Work with the BD&M team, Knowledge Development Lawyers, designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality digital assets, both written and audiovisual Be a brand guardian, ensuring consistency in tone of voice, style, and branding across all digital touchpoints Support digital campaigns and product launches with tailored content and messaging Establish and maintain clear processes to ensure effective collaboration across internal teams and external agencies

Analytics & Reporting




Undertake analysis of social media and other digital analytics to evaluate effectiveness, identify trends and opportunities for improvement Provide actionable insights to improve engagement, reach, and conversion.

Other




Support other communications projects which have a digital element (e.g. intranet) Develop strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the firm Act as the point of contact for key suppliers including Shutterstock
