We've been named "Employer of the Year 2024" at the Solent 250 Business Awards so we're clearly doing something right!

We've been around for over 180 years -

Our core purpose is to help our customers build, but we couldn't do it without our people. From our drivers to our operations team and everyone in between. We're one big team. We have over 300 people working for Elliotts. Our CEO, Tom is the great-great-great grandson of our founder!

Still chosen by customers in a crowded market -

Customers continue to choose us because we provide anything they need to build a house. But they choose us because we treat them like human beings, creating a strong relationship and building loyalty.

Values that reflect our business -

We look after our team. We care. We listen. We try to help. We work harder than anyone else to put things right if they go wrong. We think about the long term, not just the here and now. These aren't just words on a wall, they're the way we show up, every day.

To succeed you'll be a great team player with a can-do attitude, and you'll be right at home.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing professional to grow the marketing programme at Elliotts - helping to position us as Hampshire's number one merchant.

Support the roll out of activities such as local events and exhibitions, in-store promotions, radio, outdoor advertising, sponsorship, member-get-member, directories, local advertising, etc.

What you need:

4/5+ years' experience in digital marketing or related field Understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and other online channels. Demonstrated success in driving website traffic, increasing engagement, and generating leads or conversions through digital channels is highly desirable. Experienced in marketing automation tools to nurture and personalise customer experiences Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and external partners. Ability to create engaging and relevant content for different platforms. Ability to plan, organise, and execute marketing campaigns. Agency/client-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
