What you will be doing

As the Senior Director, Solution Manager for the Cleared Derivatives business, you will provide business leadership over one of the most important solution lines within the Capital Markets organization. You will own the Product Strategy, Roadmap, and Investment Planning for FIS\xe2\x80\x99 market leading and next generation product offerings as well as taking overall responsibility for the Solutions in relation to the customer lifecycle. Reporting directly to the SVP Product Development Group Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the success of FIS\xe2\x80\x99 post-trade solutions and the associated revenue targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring changes in the market and business priorities including systems integration needs and technology advancements are reflected
  • Transform long term strategy into specific business initiatives that need to be properly analysed, evaluated, approved, and funded through detailed business case reviews
  • Demonstrate leadership by establishing and articulating a clear vision of success and how goals and objectives will be achieved
  • Partner with the Snr Management team to provide content for market messages, sales collateral and as needed RFPs
  • Client relationship management through the product lifecycle, including as Product Launch Manager when appropriate for new products or major releases
  • Act as escalation point for client issues that require product change resolution
  • Work closely with the development teams to establish regular governance tracking meetings to ensure progress is being done in line with strategy, business cases, and budget planning through the adequate review of business and technology KPIs
  • Present product information and industry thought leadership to external audiences in webinars and client conferences
  • Provide presentations to clients during business reviews, prospect briefings and internal group meetings
