Your Role:
The Global Strategic Accounts Senior Director is responsible for the process of building value-driven strategic relationships with a key global customer in Korea to drive long-term account development and retention, thereby maximizing the revenue potential. Drive value by managing customer's ecosystem of collaborators worldwide. Develop and deliver global strategic account plan with coherent terms for pricing, product specifications, and service. Elevated role to focus on One PS strategy deployment, accountable for the full PS portfolio. Provide global visibility on molecules, CDMO activity, competitor activity, risks, and opportunities. Develop, implement, and lead the global account governance structure. Act as a key liaison between the global strategic account and internal stakeholders. Establish, maintain, and grow customer relationships at all levels across key functions, including the C-suite. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis. Coordinate and partner with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise. Provide comprehensive solutions based on the entire product and services portfolio across all PS functions and regions. Identify new opportunities to increase sales and promote product innovation. Collaborate with regional sales teams to generate sales leads. Responsible for achieving global strategic account sales targets, monitoring account-specific performance metrics, and preparing forecasts. Operate as an escalation path for global/strategic topics and ensure the success of the engagement and overall client satisfaction. Work cross-functionally across Life Science Commercial Teams to deliver a differentiated service experience.
