We are seeking a seasoned and visionary

Senior Director of Product

to be our first R&D hire in a new location (London or NYC). This is a critical leadership role for an entrepreneurial expert who will not just own a product area but will be responsible for

building and scaling a new R&D function

from the ground up. You will own the strategic direction of our most critical product initiatives, working directly with the CEO and other founders to redefine the gaming and advertising experience for millions of users. What You'll Do

Define & Own R&D Strategy:

You will be responsible for building and executing the R&D strategy in a new region, aligning it with ambitious company-wide goals and working directly with the founder to set the product vision.

Build & Lead a High-Performing Team:

You will have the unique opportunity to build a new R&D function from scratch, recruiting, mentoring, and leading a team of product managers, engineers, and designers.

Hands-On Product Ownership:

You will take a hands-on approach to solving complex product challenges, owning the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration, with a strong focus on monetization, engagement, and retention.

Leverage Advanced Data Tools:

You will use advanced data tools (Amplitude, Hex, Looker) to guide strategy, improve processes, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for the leadership team.

Collaborate for Global Impact:

You will work closely with other leaders and teams to ensure alignment on high-impact projects, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration across the entire company.

What You'll Bring

Extensive Product Leadership:

A proven track record in a senior product role, with experience building and scaling high-performing teams, and a history of solving complex product challenges at scale.

Deep Industry Knowledge:

A comprehensive understanding of the mobile gaming or advertising industry (B2C) and the ability to spot new opportunities, build from scratch, and iterate quickly.

Strategic & Analytical Expertise:

Exceptional ability to build a comprehensive product strategy, leverage data and analytics to inform high-stakes decisions, and communicate complex insights to a C-level audience.

Process & People Management:

Strong leadership skills in developing team members and implementing scalable, efficient processes that enable rapid growth.

Hands-On Ownership:

A history of being a hands-on "doer" who is comfortable diving into the details when needed.

Compensation Range: 150K - 200K
