To provide strategic leadership and direction for Edyn's entire sales function across the UK, driving overall revenue growth, market penetration, and commercial success through effective team leadership, innovative sales strategies, and optimisation of all revenue streams. This hands-on leadership role requires both strategic direction and active participation in revenue generation.

Location & Hours:
Based at our London offices 5 days a week, with core hours of 9-5 (40 hour working week). While officially office-based, the role requires extensive client engagement with approximately 50% of time spent travelling throughout the UK for client meetings, property visits, and industry events.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Lead and develop the entire sales organisation across the UK, setting the strategic direction and commercial priorities
Own the overall revenue targets for the region, developing comprehensive sales strategies to maximise all revenue streams and market opportunities
Personally lead and close high-value sales opportunities, maintaining your own portfolio of strategic accounts and actively contributing to revenue targets
Drive business growth through effective leadership of specialised sales teams covering all market segments and booking channels
Establish and maintain key strategic partnerships and high-value client relationships that deliver significant revenue impact
Actively participate in client meetings, sales pitches, and business development activities, leading by example as the company's senior sales professional
Develop and implement innovative sales approaches to capitalise on emerging market trends and create competitive advantage
Lead commercial negotiations for major contracts, partnerships, and strategic alliances
Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales strategies with broader business objectives and growth plans
Analyse market dynamics, competitive landscape, and performance metrics to continuously refine sales approaches
Represent Edyn as a senior leader at industry events, conferences, and high-level client engagements
Drive a high-performance sales culture focused on results, accountability, and continuous improvement
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:
Experience:
Extensive senior sales leadership experience in hospitality across the UK
Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth and exceeding targets at a senior level
Demonstrated personal sales success with evidence of directly securing and closing major deals
At least 8 years' experience in progressively responsible sales leadership roles, with at least 3 years at director level
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies across multiple market segments
Experience building, leading and developing high-performing sales teams
Strong commercial background with P&L responsibility and budget management experience
Deep understanding of the UK hospitality market, competitive landscape, and industry trends
