Karepack Pharmacy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Senior Dispenser
to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring that dispensing services are delivered to a consistently high standard, while also providing excellent customer service and supporting the pharmacy team.Key Responsibilities:
Dispensing:
Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions.Quality Assurance:
Ensure all work carried out in the dispensary meets company and regulatory standards.Customer Service:
Customer queries, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.Team Support:
Assist in the supervision and training of dispensers and support staff.Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent. Excellent knowledge of pharmacy systems and procedures. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and with a high level of attention to detail. Professional, responsible, and proactive attitude. Familiarity with PMR systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 2,437.00 per month
