Salon Manager

to lead our grooming team and help take the business to the next level.

About the Role

As Salon Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the salon, leading the team, maintaining high grooming standards, and ensuring a fantastic customer experience. This is a hands-on role ideal for a senior groomer ready to step into management or someone with existing leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

:

Manage and support a small team of groomers and assistants. Ensure high grooming and customer service standards Handle scheduling, bookings, and day-to-day salon operations Manage stock, salon cleanliness, and health & safety protocols Train or mentor junior staff Assist with marketing or social media

Requirements

:

At least 4-5 years' grooming experience Salon management or team leadership experience preferred Confident handling all dog breeds Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong time management and organisational abilities City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) preferred but not essential if experienced
