We are looking for a Wonderful, Experienced, Motivated and Reflective qualified early years educator to join our lovely team.

This is a senior position so experience and a minimum qualification in Early Years and Childcare is essential.

Our Senior Early Years Educators are responsible for creating engaging environments that inspire children to learn through play.

Inspire and support both children and educators to reach their potential

Experience of supporting children with SEND is essential to the role along with experience of supporting a team.

The role will involve:

Offering the highest standards of care and education to our children. Supporting educators to ensure the best outcomes for children with SEND.
Working within a highly motivated small team who continually strive for excellence.
Finding joy in the smallest of things and sharing this with young minds.
Being inventive and able to take a child's play in any direction to support their learning. Keeping up to date with training and legislation related to the SENDCO role.

Salary negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

Salary: Between 28,675.00 and 30,274.00 per year

We have a start date of 25th August but would welcome applicants who are able to join before this date.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.45-14.20 per hour

Expected hours: 41 per week
