RESPONSIBILITIES

Take the lead in developing, creating, writing and producing original online content for LoopNet\xe2\x80\x99s audience of commercial real estate tenants and investors.

Collaborate and coordinate coverage with internal team members as well as external stakeholders to develop story ideas, diversify coverage and ensure timely delivery and coverage across markets.

Develop, manage and interview a bench of other subject-matter experts.

Edit and copyedit articles authored by other members of the LoopNet Content Team, as well as outside contributors.

Solicit and edit articles authored by third-party contributors and relevant subject-matter experts.

Be responsible for the accuracy and veracity of the content you write and follow generally accepted journalism ethics and standards, including a commitment to accuracy and impartiality.

Use traffic and keyword data to gain a better understanding of the information in which our readers are most interested to help shape future content coverage.

Collaborate in the production of video and audio content, including educational and design videos.

QUALIFICATIONS

Five years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in developing written online or marketing content or three years of professional experience and an advanced degree.

Demonstrable professional writing experience.

Strategic mindset and analytical skills with ability to source and develop story ideas from internal and external data sources, including leveraging information and insights available via CoStar\xe2\x80\x99s proprietary information service.

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher required.
