Background
The main purpose of the post is to provide administrative and project support for the coordination of major EPSRC funded training initiatives Centres for Doctoral Training (CDT) across the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences.
You will be largely required to work running the administration for CDTs and support the operations team. You will work independently on your own initiative and will be responsible for the day-to-day projects' coordination of the centres. You will assist Directors (PI), Academic Managers, CDT Project Officers and the Head of Operations (CDT) in ensuring the centres run effectively, supporting recruitment, managing admissions, student records, organising events and assisting in marketing including helping with brochures and signage.
We require an experienced administrator, who has familiarity with the University's education support functions and has the skills and organisational drive to ensure the smooth running of the centre.
Role Summary

Duties may vary between teams, but you will have the opportunity to contribute or take a lead in all aspects of administration supporting the delivery of our teaching and research programmes for students.
You will work closely with a diverse group of people including managers, academic staff and students to deliver the annual cycle of teaching and learning related activity.
