This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy and vibrant unit that is innovating its teaching provision. You will be responsible for administering the School's courses and teaching support processes, including quality assurance systems. The post will provide an opportunity for working with a friendly team of staff. The successful candidate will have excellent organization, planning, communication, IT, Data analytics and customer service skills.

About you

You will take initiative in overseeing the delegation of tasks across the team, ensuring responsibilities are aligned with each member's role and expertise. You will also lead both internal and external communications on behalf of the team, ensuring clarity, consistency, and professionalism.

A comprehensive understanding of the team's functions is essential. You will achieve this by actively participating in departmental meetings, contributing relevant data analysis and presentations, and ensuring the team's responsibilities are clearly represented and understood within the wider faculty.

Additionally, you will support teaching-related planning by maintaining data schedules, organizing instructional sessions, and overseeing the coordination efforts of the team.

A key aspect of the role involves responding to inquiries from staff, students, and visitors in an efficient, informed, and courteous manner.
