Role: Senior Education Recruitment Consultant

Location: Birmingham

Salary: \xc2\xa340K- \xc2\xa350K + commission (earning potential up to \xc2\xa370K)

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Utilise various sourcing strategies to attract and engage high-caliber candidates, including advertising vacancies, networking, and leveraging online platforms.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening and selection processes, ensuring suitability, qualifications, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Guide and support candidates throughout the hiring process, including negotiation of terms and placement in suitable education roles.
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in the education sector, providing valuable insights and advice to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a recruitment consultant within the education sector, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully matching candidates with educational institutions.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation, and safeguarding procedures within the education sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the local education market in Birmingham and the surrounding areas is an advantage.
