Macildowie Group consists of two businesses, Macildowie Recruitment and Retention & Signet Resources.

Macildowie was established in 1993, and recruits across 8 core disciplines some locally and some nationally from offices based in Nottingham and Leicester.

Signet Resources was founded in 2003 and recruits in Marketing, HR, Commercial Operations and Finance. Signet is based in Maidenhead, Berkshire and was recently acquired by Macildowie in 2022.

The role:

As a Senior / Junior Recruitment Consultant - You will need commitment, strong initiative, drive and consistency to help us ensure we are providing the best service possible to our candidates and clients. You will be driven by success and results with a passion for hitting or exceeding goals.

You will also be:

  • Providing excellent client and candidate experience through creative customer service, using all available forms of communication.
  • Utilising your own network, social media and Job boards to think beyond the obvious and match top talent with our clients ensuring culture and experience is aligned.
  • Pro-actively pipelining talent for future roles.
  • Meeting and interviewing prospective candidates to manage campaigns and deliver quality shortlists to our clients.
  • Building strong and lasting client relationships.
Profile:

We have opportunities ranging from entry level to managerial but you will have a proven track record of success in your career to date and previous Recruitment or Sales experience, ideally gained in a professional Recruitment Agency. Alternatively, you could be an in-house Talent Specialist or have strong Customer Service / Sales experience from another sector but a desire to have a successful Recruitment career.
