Senior Electrical Construction Manager

We're assisting our client who is a Top-10 M&E Contractor on their search for a Senior Electrical Construction Manager to join them on a Hyperscale Data Centre Project in North Acton.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage electrical installations from inception through to successful completion
• Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are consistently exceeded
• Review technical drawings and specifications while ensuring full H&S compliance
• Oversee cost control, financial reporting, and budget management
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Must have proven M&E experience
• Strong sector knowledge across Data Centres projects
• Deep understanding of electrical systems, building services, and multi-trade coordination
• Current knowledge of BS 7671, CDM regulations, and UK H&S legislation
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and teams
• Relevant electrical qualifications plus valid CSCS/ECS card
• HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering
• SMSTS, IOSH, or similar safety certifications
• Experience with BIM and design coordination
• Professional membership (IET, CIBSE, or similar)
