We are looking for a Senior Electrical Estimator to join our Building Services team around Leavesden, London and Remotely as needed.

What you'll do:





Work primarily to establish the prime cost of the works for a project during the tender period. Provide financial input for all programme, VE, temporary works and other associated issues and compile estimates to ensure tenders are accurate. Ensure compliance with the company's business authorisation levels and controls including all quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures. Ensure bid project reporting is carried out to the Company's requirements and standards i.e. tender bid analysis. Liaise with the client, as lead in some cases, ensuring customer satisfaction during bid project, financial close and mobilisation phases as appropriate. Assist the bid team in any post tender negotiations.

What you'll bring to the role:



Demonstrable experience of estimating medium/large size Building Services within private and public sector projects with a particular focus from the Electrical Building Services aspect. Relevant CSCS Card. Ability to maximise return/benefit from procurement practices and supply chain management. Understand environmental impacts, legislation developments and the transfer of environmental risk to contractors. Qualifications from a construction related subject. Experience of digital estimating take off systems would be advantageous.
