Sleaford Building Services is strengthening its delivery leadership team as we mobilise new projects and build on a strong, secured pipeline of work across the region. As part of this continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join us.

This is a key leadership role where you'll take full ownership of electrical projects from pre-construction through to handover. You'll be leading site teams, developing strong client relationships, and playing an active role in shaping our expanding presence in the industry.

Sleaford Building Services is a leading M&E contractor delivering end-to-end mechanical and electrical solutions across commercial, industrial, MoD, MoJ and public sector projects, from early design and pre-construction through to installation, commissioning, and ongoing support.

Summary



As Electrical Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the safe, efficient, and successful delivery of electrical packages across a range of commercial projects, while supporting the development of the team and identifying opportunities to help grow the business.

Responsibilities



Leading site and project teams, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, and quality standards. Managing project budgets, reporting, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Overseeing variations and tendering additional works where required. Providing technical support to clients and site teams throughout the project lifecycle. Building strong client relationships that lead to repeat business and long-term partnerships. Supporting commercial, design, and delivery coordination across contracts.

Education, Training and Qualifications



HNC (or equivalent) in Building Services Engineering or a related discipline (preferred).

Knowledge and Skills



Extensive experience working within the commercial sector. Proven M&E Project Management experience with strong electrical expertise. Strong commercial, design, financial, and delivery knowledge across construction contracts. Confident leadership style with excellent communication and organisational skills. A proactive, client-focused approach with a genuine passion for quality and delivery excellence.
