Duties

Perform diagnostics and repairs on electronic equipment and systems. Utilise hand tools and specialised equipment for maintenance tasks. Interpret and work from schematics to identify issues and implement solutions. Conduct routine maintenance on computer hardware and networking systems. Assist in the installation and configuration of new equipment. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex technical problems. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand electronic components. Proficient in using hand tools for equipment repair and maintenance tasks. Familiarity with computer hardware, including assembly and troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective problem-solving. Experience in computer repair, including software installation and troubleshooting. Knowledge of maintenance practices for electronic systems and devices. Understanding of computer networking principles to assist in network-related issues. Proven skills in equipment repair with a focus on quality workmanship.
