Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Benefits Administrator to join our dynamic human resources team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing employee benefits programmes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional support to our workforce. This position requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of HRIS systems, and the ability to handle data entry with precision.

Responsibilities



Administer employee benefits programmes, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and resolve any issues that arise. Maintain accurate records within HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, and Taleo. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of benefits information into the ATS. Conduct regular audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Prepare reports and analyse data related to employee benefits usage and trends. Assist in the development of communication materials for employees regarding benefits offerings. Manage social media communications related to employee engagement initiatives.

Experience



Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles, particularly in benefits administration. Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, and Taleo is highly desirable. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Familiarity with social media management as it pertains to employee engagement is an advantage. Previous experience working within a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
