Job Summary



Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Benefits Consultant to join and lead the growth of their employee benefits division. This is a strategic position within a fast growing company, it's more than just a sales role.

Duties



Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive new client acquisition. Utilise your network in HR, finance, and leadership circles to identify and convert leads. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape the vision of the employee benefits offering. Progress toward a leadership role with the opportunity to build and manage a growing team.

Experience



Proven experience in a similar role within benefits consulting industry is essential. A strategic mindset and desire to build something from the ground up Deep understanding of the UK employee benefits landscape (pensions, healthcare, wellbeing, etc.) Strong background in sales , with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior decision-making processes effectively.

Pay: 75,000.00-100,000.00 per year
