The role
You'll increase the reach and influence of the CIPD in building capability and creating learning cultures from mid-sized organisations to national and multi-national enterprises (tier two) in North West and Midlands. You'll hold Business development and key account management responsibilities and drive sales and revenue growth across key product groups, creating a pipeline of business and offering insights into the CIPD to enhance the Employer Solutions proposition.
