Our client, a modern and respected London firm, is looking for a senior employment solicitor to bring their expertise, perspective and steady hand to a growing team. You'll advise on the full spectrum of employment matters, manage key client relationships and play a central role in guiding colleagues through complex and often people-sensitive issues.
What You'll Do:
Provide strategic, commercially minded advice across the full employment law spectrum
Represent clients in disputes and tribunals with confidence and composure
Lead on drafting and reviewing contracts, policies and procedural documents
Support and mentor junior lawyers who are keen to learn from someone who's seen it all (or close to it)
Contribute to business development and help shape the team's future direction
Who You Are:
A solicitor with at least 7 years PQE in employment law
Commercially savvy and calm under pressure
Known for combining technical excellence with empathy and good judgement
A natural communicator who builds trust quickly and leads by example
