Senior Associate (4+ PQE)

What you'll be doing:

Managing a busy and varied caseload of employment law matters for a diverse employer client base Handling complex tribunal and High Court claims, including discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract matters Advising on restructures, redundancies, TUPE transfers, and other non-contentious projects Providing day-to-day employment advisory support (and helping clients avoid legal potholes before they appear) Supervising junior team members and helping shape their development Getting involved in client training, seminars, and business development initiatives

What we're looking for:

You'll be an experienced employment lawyer with a strong grounding in both contentious and non-contentious work. You're commercially minded, solutions-focused, and comfortable dealing directly with sophisticated clients. Above all, you're someone who values teamwork, growth, and a bit of personality in your day-to-day practice.
