The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IAM Engineer Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and administering Identity platforms for large companies within regulated industries. This role requires extensive knowledge of Microsoft Entra, as it is our primary Identity platform,

About the team

By collaborating across Dojo, the Information Security team work to ensure cyber security is at the heart of our technology and our business processes. We operate in a fast-paced, regulated environment, and our team is at the heart of ensuring we stay one step ahead of emerging threats. Our work spans the entire security lifecycle, from AppSec and Security Architecture to detection and response, as well as pen testing, managing security risk and ensuring compliance. We're not just a support function; we're a key business enabler, working closely with engineering and product teams to integrate security from the ground up.

What you will do

A

dminister and optimise our Microsoft Entra environment.
Integrate various applications and services with our identity platforms.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity-related issues.

Partner with the Engineering, People and Workplace Technology teams to integrate IAM solutions into key employee systems, ensuring policy-driven access throughout the employee lifecycle.

Enforce least privilege and implement just-in-time access for privileged roles.

Provide support and enhancement for access control policies, RBAC models, and entitlement management across all enterprise applications.
Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes and configurations.

What you will bring

Strong experience in building and administering Identity platforms for large companies in regulated industries.


Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra.

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to have - experience with identity management for Google Workspace, GCP and AWS.

Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate).

Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
Understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
