As we continue to grow, we are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Lift Engineer to join our Facilities Management team.

The Role




This role is responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of a large lift asset portfolio, ensuring all lifts remain safe, compliant and fully operational. The postholder will manage lift repair and maintenance contracts, oversee statutory compliance and LOLER programmes, and lead the delivery of capital lifecycle and refurbishment works. You will lead a small team, manage significant budgets, develop and maintain long-term investment plans, and act as the subject-matter expert for vertical transportation, ensuring high standards of performance, value for money and customer service across the portfolio.

About You




We are looking for a knowledgeable, proactive and commercially minded professional with strong experience in lift services, compliance and contract management. You will have the confidence to lead teams and contractors, manage risk, and make informed decisions in a regulated environment. With excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you will work collaboratively, contribute to service improvement and business development, and demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety, quality, and delivering positive outcomes for the communities we support.

What We Offer
