As we continue to grow our footprint across South Wales, our Regional Civils team is taking on an exciting pipeline of work spanning highways, structures, drainage, earthworks, public realm improvements, and essential local infrastructure.

What you'll be doing
As a Senior Engineer you will:
Leading site engineering activities and supporting the delivery team across multiple civils schemes
Setting out, surveying, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance
Managing and mentoring junior engineers and site team members
Coordinating design information, technical queries, and subcontractor interfaces
Ensuring all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements
Supporting the Site Manager and Project Manager with planning, reporting, and problem-solving.
Who we're looking for
You will have the following:
Proven experience in civil engineering delivery (e.g., highways, structures, drainage, earthworks, utilities)
Strong technical capability and confidence in setting out and QA processes
Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior staff
Excellent communication and coordination skills
A proactive approach to safety and quality
Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering (or relevant discipline)
CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS desirable.
