About the Role
The Senior Enterprise Account Manager exists to ensure Homesearch's most important clients remain engaged, successful, and retained over the long term. This role owns senior client relationships, represents enterprise needs internally, and ensures consistent value delivery across complex client organisations.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage relationships with Homesearch's largest and most strategic enterprise clients
Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, ensuring trust, engagement, and long-term partnership
Protect existing revenue by proactively managing engagement, satisfaction, and retention risk
Represent enterprise client needs internally, feeding structured insight into product and delivery prioritisation
Coordinate internal teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of client requirements
Partner with the Sales team to support renewals and longer-term account growth
Maintain a strategic overview of each account, anticipating risks and opportunities
Main Activities
Lead regular client check-ins, reviews, and strategic conversations focused on outcomes and value
Proactively monitor client engagement, usage, and sentiment to identify and address risk early
Act as a translation layer between clients and internal teams, ensuring requests are clearly scoped and prioritised
Collaborate with Product, Data, and Commercial teams to represent enterprise client perspectives
Oversee delivery of client-specific changes and requests, ensuring accuracy and quality
Maintain clear account plans and CRM records for all assigned enterprise clients
Line manage and prioritise work across supporting enterprise delivery resources
About You
Significant experience in enterprise account management, client success, or strategic customer-facing roles
Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
Strong retention mindset with experience managing complex, long-term client relationships
Commercial awareness and confidence operating within revenue-critical accounts
Experience working cross-functionally with product, data, or technical teams
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both clients and internal teams
