The Role

We are seeking established Partners who can demonstrate:

A proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services in their specialist practice area. The ability to successfully build, manage, and grow strong client relationships. Leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and developing junior lawyers. A commercially minded, collaborative approach to contributing to firm-wide strategy.

Requirements

Current or recent Partner in a recognised London or international law firm. Established client following with

portable income of circa 1 million+

. Strong reputation in your chosen practice area. Ability to integrate seamlessly into a new platform and add value immediately.
