You Bring

Solid estate agency experience (valuations, listings, negotiations) Confidence to win instructions and close deals Entrepreneurial mindset and self-discipline Knowledge of Southend, Leigh-on-Sea, Shoebury, or surrounding areas Bonus: International experience or second language Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)
