An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Estimator to join a leading consultancy delivering high-profile infrastructure projects across the UK. This role offers the chance to work with industry leaders contributing to the successful delivery of major national projects.
Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7Lead the cost planning, procurement, and tendering processes for large-scale infrastructure projects.
xc2xb7Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to drive value and efficiency.
xc2xb7Provide expert input on risk management and financial forecasting.
xc2xb7Work with NEC and FIDIC contracts, ensuring compliance and best-practice approaches.
xc2xb7Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver robust cost solutions.
xc2xb7Support the professional development of junior estimators within the team.
Candidate Requirements:
xc2xb7Extensive experience in estimating within Infrastructure, Rail, Highways, Energy, or Civil Engineering sectors.
xc2xb7Strong knowledge of cost planning, pre-construction, procurement, and risk management.
xc2xb7Proficiency in working with NEC and/or FIDIC contracts.
xc2xb7RICS/MRICS qualification (or working towards accreditation) preferred.
xc2xb7Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
